What type of mailbox am I required to install?
Please be aware that Article X, Section 26, of the Restrictive Covenants specifies that mailboxes in Windridge Landing will be standard in design and color. We have chosen a black Estes Postal Delivery Station. The cost of the mailbox is $495.00, which includes installation. Mailbox delivery takes about two weeks and must be paid for before installation. To order your mailbox please complete the Windridge Landing Mailbox Order Form and submit to Windridge Landing, LP.

What steps do I need to take before building or remodeling any outside structures on my property? Windridge Lansing covenants requires each homeowner to submit plans and specifications along with a Architectural Committee Request Form to the Architectural Committee prior to construction. The Committee will then review your plans for compliance with the covenants. A downloadable form is available in the Members Only area of this web site.
