Below is a brief overview of the features available to you as a member of the Windridge Landing Homeowners Association.

Community Rules & Regulations according to Article X, Section 21. If you feel there has been failure to conform to the covenants by another homeowner please sign and submit the Resolve An Issue form to Homes&Homesites Management so that the problem can be resolved amicably.

Covenants Click this button for a reproduction of the restrictive covenants for each section of Windridge Landing including the retention pond covenants

Architectural Request This form must be completed and returned to the WL Architectural Committee for review/approval before beginning any building on your property.

Committees identifies the members of the board of directors of the WLHA as well as the various committee members.

Meeting Minutes is a reproduction of the minutes of the most recent meeting of the membership of the WLHA.

Budget includes most-recent financial statement information for the corporation.

Recommended Businesses provides a vehicle for you as a member to share any particularly good experiences you may have had with service providers.
