Community Matters More than a destination at the end of the day, a community is a place you want to call home and where you feel at home. The purpose of a community association’s governing documents is for the protection of both owners and the community, the enhancement of property values, and the promotion of harmonious living. In all cases, this entails striking a reasonable, logical balance between the best interests of individual homeowners and those of the community as a whole. Community Rules & Regulations Article X, Section 21 in the Covenants and Restrictions allows for the Board of Directors to amend, modify, rescind and cancel, such other rules and regulations from time to time governing the use and enjoyment of the Property, including Common Areas B and C, as the Board, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate or necessary. Rules and Regulations will serve as a guidepost for all those involved in the community- homeowners, managers, and board members. Most rules are merely expressions of owners being courteous and considerate of their neighbors and respectful of their rights and investment in the community. Enforcement Procedures 1. Complaints by a homeowner or resident concerning violations of the Covenants and Restrictions, Rules and Regulations, or any other provision of the association must be submitted in writing to the management company and signed by the individual issuing the complaint. Rules, Regulations, and Restrictions are made for the safety, comfort and pleasure of all homeowners. The Windridge Landing Board of Directors and your homeowners’ association’s management will make every effort to facilitate the requests and needs of all residents. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in preserving and maintaining the neighborhood in a safe, and enjoyable environment for all homeowners, their children, and their guests. If you feel there has been failure to conform to the covenants by another homeowner please sign and submit the Resolve An Issue form to Homes&Homesites Management so that the problem can be resolved amicably. |
